'Enhanced' maternity policy, not really much to it but a little more than statutory.

1.1.10 ENHANCED MATERNITY PAY
If you have a minimum of three years' continuous service with the Company
prior to your Expected Week of Childbirth, you will be eligible to apply for an
Enhanced Maternity Payment (“EMP”).If you wish to receive EMP you will need to apply in writing to your line manager
who will pass your application to the appropriate director for authorisation.
If your application is successful, you will receive EMP which is two weeks’ full
pay for every completed year of service with the Company as at the Expected
Week of Childbirth inclusive of SMP.
EMP is paid as an incentive for you to return to work following your maternity
leave, therefore if you decide not to return to work following your maternity
leave or you resign within six months’ of your return date, you will be required
to repay in full any EMP you receive.
In the event that the your role is made compulsorily redundant or you take
voluntarily redundancy you shall be exempt from making repayments. All other
terminations of employment (resignations whether voluntarily or otherwise)
shall trigger a repayment.
You will only be entitled to apply for an EMP once in any three year period
ending with the Expected Week of Childbirth

How long do you have to work at the company to qualify?

If you decide to cease employment whilst on leave what is the clawback policy?

Yes - 6 months work post return to work
