Policy Details
Subject to meeting length of service requirements:
100% of basic salary up to a maximum of 26 weeks.
If you want to split your leave and pay, you can curtail your leave after 2 weeks of compulsory leave following the birth and opt in to shared parental leave.
How long do you have to work at the company to qualify?
It is hard to interpret from the internal webpage but appears to be after 26 weeks of service
If you decide to cease employment whilst on leave what is the clawback policy?
If, following your normal notice period, you are still receiving statutory maternity pay, you will be paid the remaining entitlement as a lump sum payment subject to tax and National Insurance deduction in your final payslip. If you are still receiving enhanced maternity pay, this will stop on the date you leave.
You are not required to repay any enhanced maternity pay.
