However, due to the nature of these products and immediate access to content, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase is complete and access has been provided.
For upcoming masterclasses, if you are unable to attend, you will still receive access to the replay after the session. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for missed live sessions.
If you encounter any technical issues preventing access to your purchase, please reply to the email where you purchased the product, and our team will assist you in resolving the issue. We are committed to providing assistance and ensuring you can access your content smoothly.
